2024年2月14日 WindowsUpdateからplaystation4コントローラーが原神で使えなくなった時に試した対処方法を紹介します。
On February 14, 2024, when the playstation 4 controller became unusable in the original god from Windows Update, here is the solution I tried.
bluetooth接続で接続はされるがしばらくするとplaystation4 コントローラーが切断され原神のアプリケーションで認識できなくなってしまう現象でした。どうも、パソコンをシャットダウンするときにいつもWindowsUpdate後に使えなくなったので、間違いなく原因はマクロソフトのアップデートだと思われる。
It was connected via bluetooth connection, but after a while the playstation 4 controller was disconnected and could not be recognized by the proto-god application. Apparently, whenever I shut down my computer, it always stopped working after Windows Update, so I’m pretty sure it was due to a macro update.
試した方法1：更新プログラムをアンインストール
Tried Method 1: Uninstall the Update
右下のウィンドウマーク→設定をクリックします。
（Click Window Mark – Settings in the lower right corner.）
更新とセキュリティをクリックします。
（Click Update and Security.）
WindowsUpdate→更新の履歴を表示するをクリックします。
Click WindowsUpdate – View Update History.

「Microsoft Windows (KB5034763)のセキュリティ更新プログラム」、「Microsoft Windows (KB5034466)のセキュリティ更新プログラム」がインストールされているので、ダブルクリックでアンインストールしました。アンインストール後は再起動させます。
“Security update for Microsoft Windows (KB 5034763)” and “Security update for Microsoft Windows (KB 5034466)” are installed, so I uninstalled them by double-clicking. Restart the computer after uninstallation.
試した方法２ Bluetooth USBアダプタを別のポートに移動
Method 2 Move the Bluetooth USB adapter to a different port
たまにインストールしたドライバが悪さをする時があるので、Bluetooth USBアダプタを別ポートに接続しドライバを再インストールしています。
Sometimes installed drivers are bad, so I plug the Bluetooth USB adapter into a different port and reinstall the driver.
試した方法3 PS4コントローラーを再度ペアリング

設定→bluetoothとその他のデバイスからPS4のコントローラーの既存ペアリングを削除して、再ペアリングしました。
Settings – Removed and re-paired the existing PS4 controller pairing from bluetooth and other devices.
上記の方法をすべて試した結果、無事、原神でPS4コントローラーが使えるようになりました。
After trying all the above methods, I was able to use the PS4 controller in Haragami without any problems.
